Return Policy 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. 

All products purchased, will only be accepted for return if unopened and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Please follow the guidelines below to receive a full refund for any product listed below, minus the costs of shipping and handling.

  1. Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by contacting us at thegreenergrocer@mygreenergrocer.com or via the Contact Us buttons on our website.

2. Ship items to the address provided by customer service

3. Provide a copy of your invoice or receipt when with the returning products. 

4. Email this receipt to our customer service and ship the box back unopened.

5. Risk of loss in shipping returned products falls completely on the shoulders of the customer. If returned products are not delivered in their original condition or products are lost during shipping, Greener Grocer Exchange reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returned item.

6. Please all 5-7 business days for the return to be reflected on your account once received by Greener Grocer. 

7. Greener Grocer will email you confirmation of the return once completed.
